This form and contact info below is for contacting and asking questions about the Lakeland Library Cooperative, not individual libraries. If you need to contact a library, you can find their websites here.

• If your card is not functioning or is expired, you must contact the library that issued it.
• If you have questions about library programs, items, holds or returns, do not use this form – contact your library through their website.
• If you would like to inquire about picking up holds at a different location, please speak to your current library about whether that is possible.
• If you would like to suggest that your library purchase an item, follow these instructions – requests sent to this form will not be considered.
