If you get this email, that means that you applied to the correct library, but we couldn’t verify your identity through our automated system. To finish your application, you’ll need to head into the library with proof of identity and address.

You Already Have a Card!

If you get this email, we will provide you with your existing barcode number, so you can start using digital resources and our online catalog right away. If it’s expired, please contact the library at the top of the email about renewing.

If you get this email, we weren’t able to verify your address automatically, which may happen for several reasons. Please check your address using the map in the email to make sure you’re trying to apply to the right library.
