Governing Documents and Internal Policies

The Lakeland Library Cooperative Board is the governing board and consists of nine members. This Board shall manage the cooperative and make such by-laws, rules, and regulations, consistent with Public Act 89 of 1977, and which shall not be deemed to deprive any local board of any of its powers or property.
